Customer Support Technician:

•Experienced in providing support to customers from
abroad.
•Knowledge in CCNA – an advantage.
•Acquaintance with the telecommunications world –
switches, navigators, VOIP, LAN/WAN RF , Satellites.
•French – Mother tongue.

Technical Support for
Overseas Customers (5 positions)
|
• Management of customers’ systems in Israel and overseas
• Technical telephone support and chat with customers
overseas
• Knowledge of computers/technical systems
• Knowledge of data and RF, an advantage
• Experience working in telephone customer service/
telephone technical support
• High-level of English mandatory: speaking, understanding,
writing and reading
• Five-day work week, including weekends and nights
• Ability to independently travel to Kiriat Arieh (Petach Tivka)
in own vehicle – mandatory
• Position not suitable for students |

Accounting Clerk
|
• Accounting clerk for the finance department
• Level 2-3 accountant
• Minimum two/three years proven experience
in the following fields: invoice intake, vendors,
management, verification of invoices for payment
• High level of English
